This short 10 hour course is for adults who need to begin to learn Maths again. It will help the learner feel more confident in using numbers for everyday things like money, time, distance, shape and position. The course will help the learner to adjust and prepare for the full year course. No previous experience required. Please email the office if you have qualifications from outside the UK to check equivalency. Course Outcomes: - prepare adults to begin to learn Maths again prior to joining a fully accredited Maths Functional Skills. - complete an introductory session on number. - complete an introductory session on measure. - complete an introductory session on data. - help the learner to adjust and prepare for the full year course.
